greenhousebyjoost mimics natural systems by turning unused roof space into a thriving biodiverse ecosystem. The green roof supports habitat and attracts pollinators, birds and insects, while natural, non-toxic materials create a healthy environment both inside and out.

If it is toxic or cannot be recycled, we do not use it. greenhousebyjoost is a truly circular design system, with every material and component able to be reused, recycled or returned to the earth at the end of its life -- with minimal impact on the environment.

greenhousebyjoost is engineered to withstand extreme environmental conditions including bushfire, structural stress and seismic activity. Flame-zone tested by the CSIRO, the internal temperature rose only a few degrees and produced zero toxic load, which is the leading cause of death in house fires.

greenhousebyjoost provides the structure while leaving full freedom for architectural and aesthetic expression. One module with endless possibilities to create layouts unrestricted by load-bearing walls. Any cladding or finish can be applied without affecting thermal, waterproofing or bushfire performance.

Integrate natural systems into everyday life by embracing a new level of self-sufficiency. Whether fully off-grid or partly connected, greenhousebyjoost can grow and create abundance even on a small footprint.

Designed with end-to-end efficiency, greenhousebyjoost uses pre-site fabrication and a flat-pack format to eliminate offcuts and reduce transport volume. Once built, the structure offers natural insulation, breathability, fire resistance and acoustic performance.
